Family Campers & RVers was founded in 1949 as National Campers & Hikers Association and in 1993 added "Doing Business as Family Campers & RVers. Over the years, the constitution and charter have remained the same: encouraging members of the organization to be campers who care. We care about each other, our environment, and camping. Whether you camp in a tent, a travel trailer, a van, 5th Wheel, or a motorhome, we have a chapter for you.
